Kapiti Playhouse has held an audition for the March production of MOTEL by NZ writer April Phillips. The play is almost cast except for Ben. We are seeking a young good looking man in his twenties to play the part of Ben.

MOTEL is a drama of four vignettes, 8 people, 4 stories, set in one slightly seedy motel room where the unrelated stories and ‘guests’ are linked by the Motel Manager whose own secrets are eventually revealed.

Ben –  An attractive young honours law student. He has decided to earn some extra money by being a male prostitute. At times cocky, at times surly. He is a typical young man of his Generation Y. At heart a nice, sincere young man.

Production dates 18th to 28th March 2015. Rehearsals will begin approximately 18th January.
